Minutes of the meeting held on the 12th May 2025
Present: Cllrs. B. Hancock in the Chair. M Burton, A. Ingles , P. Drury, H. Davidson and. A. Schofield

1431 Chairman’s Report: The Chairman welcomed the member of the Public .
1432 Public Participation: No matters brought to the attention of the meeting, however a suggestion for a litter pick had been raised at the Parish Meeting and Mr. Dawson was willing to co-ordinate this. He and Cllr. Hancock will liaise to arrange a date and obtain the appropriate materials required.
1433 Matters Arising: The Clerk had reported Various pot holes around the village and the poor state of Moor Road leading to the A46. No further progress had been made regarding the planters. It was decided to revisit the matter at a further meeting.
1434 Finance : Payments made for the Following.

1435 The Clerk presented the accounts for the year-end, these were approved by the Council and the Certificate of exemption signed by the Clerk & the Chair for return to the auditors.
1436 As there was no other business the meeting closed at 7.54pm
