Minutes of the meeting held on the 3rd March 2025
Present: Cllrs.A. Schofield in the Chair. M Burton, H. Davidson, P. Drury, A. Ingles and J. Young.
Apologies: B. Hancock.

1418 Chairmans Report: There were no matters for the Chairman to report.
1419 Public Participation: There were no comments made.
1420 Matters Arising: Moor Road repairs had been carried out, it was requested that a letter be sent to the highways that the council were concerned that this would be a temporary fix as there is running sand under the roadway.
1421 Finance : No Payments were made at this meeting.
1422 Parish Meeting: As there has been a poor response to previous parish meetings it was decided that the along with a notice in the board, notice would be placed on the stocks and with permission on the Owersby Face Book Page.
1423 Planters were discussed and a suggested amount of £50.00 was approved for plants, it was hoped a volunteer could be found to oversee and look after them when they were replaced from storage.
1424 Matters Reported: Cllr. Young reported that his company had been in negotiation with LCC regarding diverting a right of way which is existing going through his premises. This will need planning permission and will be applied for at a later date. The Councillors proposed that they would be willing to support an application.
The Meeting Closed at 8.18pm
The next meeting to be held will be the Parish Meeting on the 14th April.
The Parish Council meeting will be the AGM followed by the Council Meeting on the 12th May 2025
