Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on the 12th May 2025
Present: Cllrs.B. Hancock in the Chair, M Burton, R. Winter, P. Drury, H. Davidson and A. Schofield

1466 The Chairman gave her report and thanked the Councillors for their support during the year.
1467 The Chairman stood down and handed the meeting over to the clerk.
1468 The Clerk asked for proposals to elect a new Chair for the coming year1469
Proposed by Cllr Winter & seconded by Cllr. Drury that Cllr Hancock be elected for the coming year with Cllr Schofield as Vice Chair
1470 This was carried and accepted
1471 The Meeting Closed at 7.38pm.
