Minutes of the Meeting held on the 4th March 2019

1961 The Chairman welcomed the members of the public
1962 Public Participation. Reported dead elder bush and weeds on the church path.
1963 Minutes of the meeting held on the 7th January 2019 were approved and signed by the chairman.
1964 Matters Arising: The Chairman had had a discussion with the Planning Officer regarding future planning matters which was not particularly satisfactory
1965 Grass Cutting, clerk had spoken to Stephen Cade who was asking his accountant regarding his positon whether it would be better to be employed or to invoice as he is currently self-employed.
1966 Finance: There were no payments made at this meeting.
1967 The Parish meeting was arranged for Monday the 8th April 2019 proposed by Cllr. Schofield and seconded cllr. Drewery this be held at Little Owls.
1960 Matters Reported: Footpath from the Vicarage to Field House Farm needing attention Cllr. Schofield will speak to the owners.
Query Deer Crossing Signs which had been requested the clerk to chase up.
