Minutes of the Meeting held on the 4th November 2019

1993 Chairman Cllr. Winter welcomed the members of the public.
1994 Public Participation. Comments made on the roads with large ruts made by farm vehicles.
1995 Minutes of the meeting held on the 2nd of September were approved and signed by the chairman.
1996 Matters Arising: Land at Folly Hill is registered to Acis, Hedges on Church Lane had not yet been cut back the chairman would contact the tenant of the land.
1997 Finance Payments approved and made to:
S Cade Grass Cutting £200.00
Hansard Haulage Petrol £ 65.00
M Wilkinson Clerks Wages £250.00
J Cade – Winter plants & Planting £ 73.33
1998 Defibrillator discussion concluded that the council would be in favour but would like some public consultation on this, there would be info placed on the website, in the notice board and the chairman would ask the vicar if it would be possible to place some info in the Church Magazine.
The Chairman would also make enquiries re external funding.
Planning: Land to the North of Moor Road. The Clerk would raise concerns that the land is very wet and liable to flooding and it is likely that effluent will run into an open ditch.
1 Manor Farm Cottages Councillors were in agreement with this application and would like to see the property occupied.
1999 The Chairman reported a past member & Chairman of the Parish Council had recently passed away – the Chairman attended the funeral
1200 The Chairman requested the clerk made a comparison between 2017/2018 and 2018/19 for grass cutting in the Village
