Minutes of the Meeting held on the 1st July 2019

1979 The Chairman welcomed the members of the public.
1980 Public Participation. Reported Trees were being cut down by Power Gen doing remedial work as an emergency.
1981 Minutes of the meeting held on the 7th May 2019 were approved and signed by the chairman.
1982 Matters Arising: There were no matters arising.
1983 Finance Payments approved and made to:
S Cade for Grass Cutting £185.00
WLDC election charges £110.44
J Cade Planter flowers & time £196.00
C. R. Hansard Petrol £44.01
1984 Archives stored in Mapplethorpe’s Caravan were discussed and Cllr Schofield agreed to collect them and Cllr Burton would put them in storage until an appropriate time can be made for them to be sorted through
1985 Planning Application for a garage at Ashwell, Moor Road no objections were raised.
1986 Matters Reported: Stones on Grass verge at Maple Lodge had caused a problem with a vehicle taking evasive action, the clerk would send a letter asking for them to be removed.
