Minutes of the Meeting held on the 2nd September 2019

1987 In the absence of the Chairman Cllr. Schofield took the chair and welcomed the members of the public.
1988 Public Participation. County Councillor Mcartney was asked if she could follow up on the land designated in the past as a parking space for the council houses, there had been no reply from the council following the clerks request for details.
Hedges overgrown on Church Lane belonging to the Glebe land discussion took place that as is was just within the hedge cutting season it would be left for a few weeks to see if the tenants would cut the hedges.
1989 Minutes of the meeting held on the 2nd July 2019 were approved and signed by the acting chairman.
1990 Matters Arising: Stones at Maple Lodge had been replaced by Plastic Cones agreement was that this was acceptable.
1991 Finance Payments approved and made to:
S Cade Grass Cutting £240.00
A Mathews Mower Repair £101.30
1992 Suggestion made by Cllr. Young that the Village would benefit from a defibrillator, the clerk was asked to make enquiries before the next meeting, the suggestion was that an appropriate place would be on the front of the property owned by Cllr Young and that they would be willing to supply the electricity.
The Meeting Closed at 8.05pm
