1207 The Chairman welcomed the members of the public
1208 Public Participation. Nothing reported
1209 Minutes of the meeting held on the 6th January 2020 were approved and signed by the chairman.
1210 Matters Arising: Stones were still outside the cottage on Moor Road – the clerk to contact Highways dept.
The Chairman had spoken further to the supplier and had received a quote for the best available at a cost of £1800 (inc VAT). Cllr Young offered to supply electricity and place it on the fence at his property.
1211 Finance. It was agreed to pay
LALC invoice £84.22
A Deptford invoice for Defibrillator £1800.00
1212 Matters Reported: Potholes and the state of the roads being in a terrible state.
