Minutes of the Meeting held on the 7th September 2020
Present: Cllrs, A. Inglis. P. Drewery B. Hancock, J Young and M. Burton
Apologies: R Winter, A Schofield (absent due to illness and self isolating)
This meeting was held by Zoom no members of the public were present
1224 As The Chairman and Vice Chairman were both absent the Chair was taken by Clr. Drewery who welcomed the members to the meeting.
1225 Public Participation. None present.
1226 Minutes of the meeting held on the 6th July were approved.
1227 Matters Arising: Stones were still outside the cottage on Moor Road – Clerk reported that highways had closed the case – asked to make enquiries as to why.
Cllr. Young reported that he was unable to open the box. Clerk to contact the supplier.
Cllr. Drewery had looked at the sign on the Jubilee Tree and it was considered that it needed replacing, Cllr. Drewery would make enquiries regarding the cost of replacement.
1228 Standing Orders and The Code of Conduct were both approved at this meeting.
1229 Finance. Payments approved
S. Cade for Grass Cutting July-August £170.00
M Wilkinson payment made to Hansard Haulage £40.00
1230 Matters Reported: There had been several complaints made to Councillors regarding the work carried out by the highways department on the road between North End and South Kelsey, the clerk to report to the highways department.
1231 The Clerk requested a payment of £100.00 for work needing to be carried out setting up the new Lincolnshire County Council web site, a 2hr meeting over zoom had been held and work needs to be done moving information held on the current web site due to be switched off in December.
This was approved.
