Minutes of the Meeting 5th March 2018
Present: R. Winter (chairman) A. Schofield, B. Hancock, J. Young, M Burton & P Drury
Apologies: A. Inglis

1903 The meeting was opened by the Chairman who welcomed the members of the public..
1904 Public Participation: Reported that the salt bin at the corner of Gulham Lane had standing water in it.
1905 The minutes of the meeting on the 8th of January were approved and signed
1906 Matters Arising : The light on Folly Hill was now working, Ruts on Moor Road had been reported, the Picnic Table & seats and Thornton-le Moor would be cleaned in the Spring.
1907 Finance: Payment to Lincolnshire Association of Local Councils for the sum of £103.14 was approved
1908 Planning: Letter to be sent to Highways & Planning dept. stating the concerns of the council regarding the potential provision for passing places, excess traffic which will be exiting the housing site onto a road which is already a problem.
1909 It was agreed that the Annual Parish Meeting will be held on the 25th April in the Parish Church.
The Annual General Meeting followed by a meeting of the Parish Council will be held at Little Owls on the 14th May 2018
1920 The Chairman asked for a notice to be placed on the website thanking Parishioners for their help in clearing snow during the recent bad weather.
The meeting closed at 8.20pm
