Minutes of the Meeting 14th May 2018

1921 The meeting was opened by the Chairman who welcomed the members of the public..
1922 Public Participation: The public had no comments to be made.
1923 Minutes of the meeting held on the 5th March were approved and signed by the chairman.
1924 Matters Arising
Letter received from Lincolnshire Highways regarding Planning permission on Moor Road
Repairs to be carried out to potholes
1925 Finance Payments made.
J. Cade - mowing 168.75
Hansard Haulage – Fuel 67.20
Community Lincs – Insurance 205.62

1926 The Annual Governance Statement was approved and signed by the Chairman and the clerk
1927 Accounting Statement approved and signed by the Chairman and the Responsible Financial Officer (the Clerk)
1928 Councillor Winter reported the end streetlight on Moor Road was very dim and the clerk would report this to Lincolnshire C. C.
Cllr Burton for the community committee said the Summer Fair would not be held this year.
Meeting Closed at 8.25p.m.
