Minutes of the Meeting held on the 7th March 2022
Present: Cllr. B,. Hancock,Cllrs. A. Inglis, M. Burton, H. Davidson, T. Schofield, P. Drewery.
And Cllr. J. Young.

1292 The chairman opened the meeting and welcomed the member of the public in attendance.
1293 The minutes of the last meeting was approved and signed as correct.
1294 Matters Arising
Ramp: Councillor Schofield had made enquiries with local funeral directors ref the suitability of providing a ramp at the church. The advice given that considering the church steps it would not be practical for the council to donate an off the peg ramp. This was discussed and the suggestion was that it might be that funds could be donated to the church at a future date.
1295 Planning.
Plans for an extension to Greenword Farm were discussed and it was decided the council’s comments would be that while the frontage will not be changed the extension is out of keeping with the style of the building or the rural location.
1296 Finance

1297 Councilors’ signed the receipt of Code of Conduct forms
1298 Meetings: The Parish Meeting will be held on the 25th April with invitations to be sent to Cllr. S. Bunney, The Police and The Highways dept.
The AGM will be held at the next Council meeting on the 9th May 2022 followed by the meeting of the council
1299 Grass Cutting for the coming season was discussed and to comply with rules the council will ask for tenders.
1300 Queens Jubilee Celebrations the council will put this on the agenda for the Parish Meeting to see if there are any planned celebrations in the village.
1301 Potholes, the road between South and North Owersby and the path on Folly Hill will be reported to Lincolnshire Highways.

The next meeting will be held on the 9th May 2022
