Minutes of the Meeting held on the 10th January 2022
Present: Cllrs. A. Inglis, M. Burton, H. Davidson, T. Schofield and P. Drewery.

1287. The meeting was opened by the Vice Chairman Cllr. Schofield.
1288. The minutes of the last meeting were approved and signed.
1289. No comments were made by the member of the public in attendance.
1290. Matters arising.
The replacement plaque had arrived and Councillor Drewrery will concrete it in.
The supply of a ramp for the church was again discussed as the church steps are not level it would appear that an off the peg ramp would not be suitable, other solutions will need to be looked at. Councillor Schofield will make some enquiries. It was also thought that it may be appropriate to make a donation to the church in lieu. Proposed to discuss further at the next meeting.
1291. Finance:
Payments made to. Hansard Haulage for fuel £23.00
Bel Signs (Plaque) £199.20
Little Owls (Room Hire) £100.00
Approved.
Precept for the year would be claimed as previously discussed £2,000.00
Matters Reported: Road Sweeper is needed, Moor Road and fly tipping near Owersby Bridge.
