1375 The Chairman commenced the meeting by welcoming the members of the public.
1376 Public Participation. No comments were made
1377 The minutes of the Meeting on the 4th September were approved and signed by the Chair.
1378 Matters Arising. Grit bins had been supplied and filled with salt ready for the winter.
The Strimmer needs to be removed from Mr. Wakefields, Cllr Schofield would make arrangements to have it taken to Young’s yard.
1379 Finance: Approval given for payment to

1380 Planning: Applications for Extensions to Greenwood Farm & Thornton Rectory were discussed and while there were no objections the consensus was that it would be preferable if the work was in keeping by replacing the proposed cladding with brick to match the existing brick.
1381 Other Business. Cllr Schofield reported that the blue signs on the Kingerby Road should be removed as passing places are now in place.
