Minutes of the Meeting held on the 1st November 2021
Present: Cllrs B. Hancock, A. Schofield, P. Drewery, H Davidson, M Burton and A. Inglis

1281 The Chairman opened the meeting
1282 The Minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
1283 Matters Arising: Cllr. Hancock had spoken to Bel Signs regarding the commemorative sign it was agreed that the purchase of a Stainles steel engraved plaque would be purchased.
The provision of a ramp for the church will be investigated further by Cllr. Hancock and Cllr Drewery to ascertain the suitability of a proposed fold up wheel chair ramp.
The Clerk had reported the road dangerous condition of Osgodby Road and Highways have reported back that it will be scheduled in for repairs.
1284 Finance: Payments were approved J Cade Grass cutting £100.00
LALC website maintenance £ 42.00
M Wilkinson Wages £300.00
M Wilkinson Stationary £ 50.00
Thornton le Moor PCC £350.00
1285 Precept for 2022/23 agreed to estimate for £2,000.00
Other Business
1286 Clr Inglis reported he had visited Redwing Farm with reference to their planning application.
The Chairman proposed there should be future discussion to provide a further defibrillator for the village.
