Minutes of the Meeting held on the 4th January 2021
Present: Cllrs A. Schofield, P. Drewery, B. Hancock, Cllr A. Inglis , Cllrs. J Young and M Burton
This meeting was held by Zoom
1239 Cllr. Schofield in the Chair.
1240 Public Participation. None present.
1241 Minutes of the meeting held on the 2nd November were approved.
1242 Matters Arising: Plaque for the tree in the churchyard Cllr Drewery had chased this up and Equip were unable to provide one so other avenues would be sought
Potholes the Clerk had notified the Highways dept who had replied that the large pothole was not down for immediate action, however other defects in the location would be repaired.
Streetlight no 3 had been repaired.
Salt Boxes need to be emptied and the clerk would request they are filled, the salt kept at Thornton Manor is unusable.
1243 Finance. No payments to be made.
The Precept for the coming year was approved this would again be £2,000.00
1244 Matters Reported: The Chairman reported that the roadway north End, Gulham Lane to Thornton Beck is in a bad state of repair, this has been repaired badly and is now unsuitable for purpose. The clerk will again report this and asked for photographic evidence to send to the Highways Dept.
