Minutes of the Meeting held on the 13TH September 2021
Present: Cllrs B. Hancock, A. Schofield, P. Drewery, H Davidson, M Burton and J Young.

1275 The Chairman opened the meeting
1276 The Minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
1277 Matters Arising: Cllr. Hancock had not been able to make contact re the commemorative plaque for the Church – she will bring her findings to the next Meeting.
1278 Finance: Payments were approved for Hansard Haulage £48.00
J Cade Grass cutting £265.00
J Cade Repairs to mower £33.65
It was agreed to sign up for basic website maintenance at £5.00 per month through LALC
1279 Signatory to bank accounts
Due to the retirement from the Council of Robert Winter, motion was passed that Cllr. James Young would replace Cllr. Winter as a signatory
1280 Matters reported: A request from the Secretary of St. Martins Church, North Owersby and All Saints Church Thornton le Moor for funds to provide ramps to give easy access to the churches was received and after discussion it was decided that it would be appropriate to agree to release funds from the CIL payment. The Clerk to arrange suitable ramps.
The Road between Osgodby and North Owersby is in a dangerous condition the clerk would report this to Lincolnshire Highways.
The Clerk was requested to make an addition to the Website to advertise St. Martins would be holding Tea & Cake from 3pm to 5pm on the 11th November 2021.
The next meeting will be held on Monday the 1st November 2021
